Part 1:

A complete holistic assessment of your current health, lifestyle, wellness concerns and medical history. This is when we’ll go over your health goals and develop the tools you’ll need to achieve those goals and overcome your concerns.

Part 2:

A detailed Lifestyle Action Plan which includes your personalized:

1. Dietary recommendations 2. Supplement recommendations3. Lifestyle recommendations4. Meal suggestions + recipes

Together, we’ll go over your plan leaving you with with a complete understanding for implementation. You’ll learn WHY you are making the changes I’m recommending and HOW they will benefit your health and longevity. As your Certified Health Coach and Nutritionist, I will check-in for 4 consecutive weeks – ensuring you stay on track, stay accountable, and to answer any questions you may have along the way.

NUTRITION – Develop an understanding of the food choices and practices that work best for you as an individual.

LIFESTYLE – Health is more than just nutrition. Even simple lifestyle changes can bring you closer to health and happiness.

EMPOWERMENT – Become equipped with the tools to help you implement lasting changes to your health.

Nutrition + Lifestyle Consulting

This is a 1-hour, one-on-one session (in person, phone or video chat) where we review your intake form (to be filled out prior to appointment), discuss your current diet and lifestyles habits as well as your health goals and concerns. You’ll receive a summary of your session accompanied by recommendations and tips to get you started on your health journey. Follow-up sessions are recommended to coach and guide you through your new lifestyle changes.

Recap + Refocus

These 30 minute sessions allow us to review your progress and goals, address any concerns or set-backs, and make any necessary adjustments to maximize the benefits of your new healthy lifestyle. You’ll feel more motivated and more focused to stay on-track with your healthy-habits – taking it to the next level. These consultations are best scheduled 4-6 weeks after the initial consult, and are specifically designed to improve accountability and boost your motivation and progress.

Food Intolerance Testing

The food intolerance test will fast-track the food elimination process – saving us time and energy trying to determine which foods are causing inflammatory responses in the body. This is one of my favourite tools as it was KEY when healing myself. The Food Intolerance Test pinpoints which foods you need to avoid in your diet and will expedite the journey to feeling your best and having more energy!

ImuPro90 tests the 90 most common foods, such as typical kinds
of meat, vegetables, fruits, cereals, dairy products and chicken egg.

Nutritional Assessment via Nutri-Body® Analysis

Assess BioChemical Individuality by using the Advanced Nutri-Body Analysis tool, which is a non-invasive method of nutritional symptomatology appraisal designed especially for professional Nutrition Consultants. It is the most effective questionnaire available to date, designed by Dr. David Rowland, Phd. It can detect an individual’s sub-clinical deficiencies, or excesses, and pin-points each person’s unique nutritional imbalances + biochemical weaknesses that may not be detected by other methods.
