PEANUT BUTTER BANANA COOKIES

Ingredients:

3 bananas
¾ cup peanut butter
1 cup GF oats
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ cup pecans (chopped)
*add cinnamon or cardamom to taste (if desired)
¾ cup melted DF chocolate chips (for chocolate drizzle)
Sprinkle with Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

Instructions:

Mash the bananas, toss in all remaining ingredients, and mix until a dough is formed.

Spoon onto greased pan (or use parchment paper) and flatten using a fork.

Bake for ~15 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Melt chocolate chips in saucepan on low.

Remove from oven, let cool on rack.

Drizzle melted chocolate on cookies as desired.
